Our history

The company was established in March 1987 under the name Lynce Consulting Brazilian Company Ltda. The company specialty was developing trainings in the telecommunications area. Lynce’s headquarters was in Campo Belo, state of Minas Gerais.

In May 1996, because of regulation matters from Brazil, the company changed its name to Lynce Consulting Ltda.

In March 2002, the company had transferred its headquarters to Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais’s capital. Then it received the denomination Soares & Alemi Consulting Associates S/C Ltda, improving its busyness to the telecommunication consulting area.

In January 2004, because of the company’s fantasy name known inside the country and internationally, it begun to be called Lynce Consulting of Brazil Ltda.
